This priority area is unique because it is the traditional territory of the Tahltan Nation it is also unlike because the rivers are the best home for salmon, they traveled 400 km 250 miles from the Pacific Ocean just to spawn here. The stikine Nass and skenna riversare also know as three of British Columbias top three iconic and productive salmon rivers .

Some of the natural resources in this priority area are trees, salmon, copper, gold and a lot more but the gold mine is located under Todagin Mountain and that mount which is home to the largest herd of stone sheep in the world. It is also home to healthy populations of moose caribou grizzly bears and other species.

This priority area is valued because of all the natural resources and animal species that are found here. It is home to healthy populations of salmon, grizzly bear, stone sheep, caribou, moose, wolves and other species .This place is also is valued because of the animals and the amount of green space there is. People value this area because of the parks and rivers. Activities include kayaking fishing and hiking.
